When Sports Distributors of Canada, now Source For Sports®, was incorporated in 1972 Norm Bodle was its first Managing Director. It was Norm’s passion, support and encouragement that helped forge Source For Sports® into who and what we are today.
Each year we remember Norm and his accomplishments by honouring one of our members who exemplifies what Norm stood for. This past September at our annual Marketing Convention & Buying Show Brian Bauman was the recipient of this prestigious award. Brian is the owner of Sports Connection Source For Sports® in Medicine Hat Alberta and a part of the group since 1998.
Brian states “It’s a very humbling experience to be chosen by my peers at Sports Distributors of Canada for this award. I consider it an honour and privilege to be a member of the best buying group in Canada and I’m fortunate to have developed many great friendships with the other members since joining.”
The $1000 that accompanies the award has been donated to the Community Foundation of Medicine Hat and Southeastern Alberta.
